Is there any warranty for the products listed?

For retro handhelds that are generally valued (retail price) anywhere from SGD$60-$280, there is a 1 month warranty coverage of any hardware failure (boot failure, etc) or corruption of MicroSD that allows for one to one exchange of unit. 

Additional price tiers and coverage duration as follows:

  • Above $280 -- 2 months of coverage
  • Above $500 (devices like Windows handhelds etc) -- 4 months of coverage 

However, this coverage would not extend to any damages that we deem are inflicted by the customer (eg. dropped or cracked device screen or body)

Are there any guides on using the console?

We are well aware that there are so many consoles out there right now with so many different custom firmware options and it could be confusing to customers getting their first retro handheld. Simply stay tuned on our guides section on the website or just reach out via the WhatsApp function on the bottom right!

What is the difference between the standard local delivery and priority delivery?

Standard delivery would be made using local postal service such as Singpost Smartpac box/ label. Priority deliveries will be hand-delivered by us direct. If the order is made before 2pm on a weekday using priority shipping, please expect the parcel to be delivered the next working day onwards. If your order is made after 2pm, please expect it to be delivered the day after. If your order is made on a Friday, please expect the priority delivery to be made on Monday instead, provided that it is not a public holiday. 

Working days are Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays).
